I’m Jan, a 28-year-old designer holding a Diplom in Communication Design — a respected German academic degree that falls between a Bachelor’s and Master’s level — alongside a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Both fields complement each other perfectly, allowing me to combine creative design thinking with a strong understanding of spatial concepts and technical precision.

What drives me is curiosity — for form, systems, and visual rhythm. I love how design stimulates the mind, whether through my own work or through the many brilliant ideas in the world.

Over the years, I’ve built my experience through an exchange semester at KASK in Ghent, an internship at Double Standards in Berlin, and a role as graphic designer at Asphaltgold — one of Europe’s leading sneaker retailers. Each step sharpened my perspective and prepared me for what’s next.
